One Year Older:)

Two Special Boys.... One Big Birthday Bash!! Kobe & Jace turned 2 the end of May. I feel like they have grown up so much lately. We had a party at the park with friends, cousins, family to celebrate. They were funny, I think it took them a minute to realize that those cakes were for them.

But it didn't take long and they figured out that it was not just to look at:)

Opening gifts were funny, they had lots of helpers. But they didn't mind.

Hmmm, what could it be? A big truck, just what they love!

And that made them happy the rest of the day......

I love these 2 handsome boys. I just want to write a few random thoughts about both of them. Its hard because I want to say things about them but I don't want to compare them. So if I say a good quality about one, its not that the other boy is bad at that. Do you get what I am saying??Anyways....

Kobe: What a funny boy. Kobe has a huge personality, with a big smile and easy to make laugh. He loves to be tickled and loves to run and race. Kobe is my little jumping bean, he is always jumping when he is happy(he gets pretty high too), loves the tramp, and who am I kidding- the kid is jumping off of everything!!! Kobe is a talker, his little voice is so cute. He likes to say "deliciousssss", ha ha he has a slight lisps, so its cute. Kobe has killer big blue eyes that I just love! And is Daxtons best friend. Dax and Kobe play hard and fight hard together:) Kobe and Daxton are always giggling and playing together, I think cuz Kobe is so vocal and thinks he can hang with Dax. Kobe is very physically active and is a little dare devil. Loves trucks. Words Eric used to describe Kobe- bold, funny, sweet, makes sure you hear what he has to say, non-stop and always on the go.

Jace: Also known as Jacer Red Racer! And this nickname has not failed him, Jace seems to like red and loves to race anything with wheels. The boy has a truck or car in his hands 90% of the day, even during mealtimes he has to put a few on his tray. The only movie my boys will watch is CARS and boy do they love it, ex-specially Jace! A day doesn't go by when he doesn't hand me the remote and say "Cars mom cars". Jace likes to be held and always has, he is a cuddler. Jace is tender hearted but coming with that very needy and whines often:) I say that in a loving but honest way. Likes to read books. Jace is not a boy of many words, but how could he ever get a word in with Dax and Kobe around:) But he lets you know what he needs, trust me! Jace is a very sweet boy and I love his guts! Words Eric used to describe Jace- very happy when he is happy:), cuddly, loving(when not cranky). And we have high hopes that he will grow out of the cranky stage soon.

Once again, lets try not to compare them. I feel its important to write about them but I don't ever want them to read this someday thinking one is better than the other. Because thats not true, they are different boys that happen to be the same age, look the same, but completely different individuals and special in their own way. I wrote about each one of them as if there was only one. And love these 2 boys just the same. Having said that......

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOYS!!


We had a sisters day and it was a blast, as always! My sistas are so great. A few of us goofing around.

In Alamo recently, playing with cousins and eating Popsicles.

My cute niece and Great Grandma Lois having a major staring contest, ha it was so funny! Grandma Lois won:)

My dad showing the kids how to pick the nuts from the tree and crack them open. It was so cute, they all love him.

We have been enjoying some time at the Splash Pad this year thats for sure.

And some Judds bread-sticks, yummy!

Jace was a little tired so he found the roundest, softest thing around. Dax was not too happy about it:)

And since I obviously can't stop posting pictures. Let me just finish off with a laugh...... I don't know where this kid comes from! Ha Ha this is how I find him most days. I will let the picture speak for itself.... But the long strings hanging down kill me ha ha ha.
