I need a badge:)

I feel like a detective 24/7!! But seriously these babies keep me guessing. To make a long story short.... They cried all day and night not a joke. I could not figure out what was wrong, I must be a bad detective. At the 2 month appointment the doctor told me that they are allergic to milk proteins. AAHHH, no wonder they would scream every time I tried to feed them and after. I felt so bad, because I breast-fed them for two months. So then we tried formula after formula(lots of detective work here). But since they are allergic to milk proteins they still aren't handling any formula that great. Right now they are on a formula called Ela Care that you can only get online. They also have acid reflux really bad and thats a joy, poor little things. On top of all of this they swallow air like CRAZY when they eat because they don't quite latch on right... They hardly sleep either!! But ya know what I wouldn't trade them for anything. Babies are truly amazing and so precious, we love them so much and so happy they are with us.
Here are the boys still in PJ's. All matching, how cute!
Kobe and Jace... they are getting big. About two weeks ago they weighed a little more than 11 lbs.
Eric is such a great dad. Ha Ha, not so much during the night, he can't wake up for anything and if he does I end up telling him to go back to sleep. He puts the bottle in the babies ear or eye trying to feed them:) But he is doing a great job and is a big help.

Jace giving his brother a kiss

Jace is a cool dude!

Daxton is doing a little better adjusting. He loves his brothers and gives them a few kisses and lots of too tight of squeezes. He just doesn't know how to be gentle is all. He calls them Toby and Face. He is growing up and talking so good. He loves playing with his tractors and cars and still loves playing any sport with a ball. Here he is with his nice "helmet" that he thinks he has to pull down and smash his nose!!

That last pic is awesome! I can't even imagine how hard it is to have 2 screaming newborns instead of just 1. I'm sure you are doing a great job!

Hey Angie! Hang in there! Elle had the same issues the reflux and allergy to milk. The only thing that seemed to work was a friend of mine had her daughter on Neocate, which is just about the same as Ellacare. My Dr put her on Ellacare, but I switched it and she seemed to handle it better.
